Refund and Return Policy – Frostnaripower

At Frostnaripower, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that our return and refund process is as smooth as possible. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from Frostnaripower. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The product must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear or damage.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used mobile phones (unless defective).
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@Frostnaripower.com or call (507) 754-5046 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Prepare the Return: Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documents that came with the item.
- Shipping the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are only available for eligible items that meet the return conditions. If the item is not eligible for a refund, we will inform you promptly.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or color, we will process your exchange request once we receive the returned item. The exchange item will be sent to you as soon as the returned product is inspected and processed. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@Frostnaripower.com or call (507) 754-5046. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note: If the item is damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that certain fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees (unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order).
- Gift wrapping fees.
- Any other service fees applied at checkout.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate cancellations, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process outlined above.
